  • Customized or pre-order products: Require 10-20 business days for production.

  • United States, Europe, and Canada: 3-7 business days.
  • Other regions: 7-15 business days.

For the estimated delivery date, add the processing time to the shipping time.

Cancellation Policy for Custom Products

  • After a custom order is confirmed: Cancellations will incur a 20%-50% cancellation fee, depending on the production stage:
    • Early stage: 20% of the total order amount.
    • Later stage: 50% of the total order amount.
  • We will inform you of the exact fee at the time of cancellation and offer alternative solutions when possible.

A tracking number will be provided via email after your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
