Notice: Made-to-Order Products

All of our items are made to order, meaning they are produced only after you place your order. If the item(s) do not have any quality issues, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and refunds.

Return & Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund:

  • Please contact us at service@ceerom.com to initiate a return or refund.
  • Items must be returned in original condition and with a trackable shipping service. Ceerom is not responsible for returns without a tracking number.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to a non-quality issue, the customer will cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a quality issue (e.g., defective or incorrect items), Ceerom will cover the return shipping.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the refund approval or denial.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please first contact your bank or card issuer.
  • If your bank confirms no pending refunds, please contact us at [service@ceerom.com] for further assistance.

Cancellation Policy

We want your order to be exactly as you envisioned! Please carefully review the confirmation email you receive after placing your order, including details, shipping address, and the expected delivery time. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately.

  1. Cancellation Fees:
    Most orders enter production within 12 hours of payment (excluding Sundays or public holidays). If you cancel your order more than 24 hours after purchase, a cancellation fee will apply to cover materials and labor.

24 – 48 Hours 15% of Order Amount
48 – 72 Hours 20% of Order Amount
72 Hours or Beyond 30% of Order Amount
  1. Order Changes:
  • If changes are requested after 48 hours, a 15% fee will be charged to cover material and labor costs, in addition to any price differences for the new product.

Exchange Policy

Our items are made according to your custom preferences (e.g., ring size, metal type, color). If you wish to exchange an item for non-quality reasons, a 35% restocking fee will apply.

Exchange Rules:

  • An item can only be exchanged once.
  • If the store credit after deducting the restocking fee is insufficient to cover the new item, the customer must pay the difference.

 

Consumer Protection Compliance

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the UK, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
